Founder & Director – FACE by Rebecca

Rebecca Altomonte is the Founder of FACE – The Facial Aesthetic Centre of Excellence – and the Director of FACE by Rebecca. With over 18 years of experience within the aesthetic medical field, Rebecca is known for her commitment to safety, clinical integrity, and delivering individualised patient care. She works closely with medical professionals to uphold best practice standards across all treatment delivery in clinic.

Rebecca is also recognised internationally as a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) for NEAUVIA, travelling globally to train, mentor, and educate medical practitioners. Her dedication to elevating clinical standards and her passion for continuous education saw FACE by Rebecca recently awarded the Neauvia APAC Stellar Practice 2025.

Highly regarded for her hands-on leadership, Rebecca is deeply committed to upskilling her team to ensure clients experience excellence at every touch point.

Christine

Senior Dermal Therapist

Christine is recognised nationally for her incredible results through Hydrafacials picking up a recent award as one of Australia and New Zealands award winning therapists. She has a reputation for making her clients feel nurtured and cared for in a very special way, including all the team at FACE by Rebecca.

“For more than 43 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients look and feel their best through advanced laser and dermal treatments complimenting their journey with personalized skin care. My lifelong passion lies in helping others feel confident, nurtured, and truly seen.”

She has a deep interest in acne solutions, having first hand experience with her own children over the years. Christine understands the journey and how difficult and upsetting it can be for young acne sufferers.

With a focus on education, clinical expertise, and genuine care, she will guide her clients to restore, maintain, and enhance their skin health — empowering them to feel radiant, rejuvenated, and confident both inside and out.

Emma

Cosmetic Registered Nurse

Emma is a Cosmetic Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical nursing experience. She has studied a Bachelor of nursing in NZ. Emma has worked in both NZ and Australia with an extensive background in emergency nursing and post graduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing and Health Science. Over the past 6 years, she has specialised exclusively in cosmetic aesthetics, combining advanced clinical knowledge with a refined, holistic approach to patient care.

I believe aesthetic medicine is deeply personal and takes the time to ensure every client feels heard, educated, and confident throughout their treatment journey.”

Specialising in wrinkle reduction, facial volumisation and advanced skin treatments, Emma creates bespoke treatment plans tailored to each individual’s facial anatomy, goals, and long-term skin health. Her approach focuses on subtle, elegant enhancements designed to refresh and rejuvenate while maintaining authenticity and natural beauty. Known for her gentle approach and meticulous attention to detail, Emma is committed to helping her clients achieve timeless, confidence enhancing results in a safe and professional environment.

Arabella

Skin Therapist

Known for her warm nature, creativity, and attention to detail, Arabella brings a fresh and youthful energy to the clinic while maintaining the high standards and personalised care that Face by Rebecca is known for. Inspired by her mother Rebecca’s passion and success within the aesthetics industry, Arabella is proud to be following in her footsteps and is dedicated to continually growing her knowledge in skin science, treatment technologies, and holistic skin health.

Arabella is a passionate and emerging skin therapist with a strong interest in advanced skin health, confidence-building treatments, and patient care. Currently undertaking her university studies to become a Registered Nurse, Arabella combines her growing medical knowledge with a genuine love for aesthetics, skin wellness, and client experience.

Having worked within Face by Rebecca for the past three years, Arabella has grown up immersed in the world of aesthetics, client care, and five-star patient experiences. To further broaden her knowledge and understanding of the beauty and aesthetics industry, she has also spent the past year working within another beauty clinic environment, gaining valuable hands-on experience across skin treatments, client care, and day-to-day clinic operations.

Arabella is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and empowered throughout their skin journey.

Lauren

Clinic co-ordinator Drummoyne

Lauren is our clinic co-ordinator extraordinaire who loves looking after our clients and ensuring the clinic appointments run smoothly and on time. She has a true passion for all things aesthetics and skin health, Lauren is the friendly face that greets you the moment you walk through our doors.

Having worked previously in an admin role alongside leading Doctors and experienced clinicians in the field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the treatments we offer ensuring every client feels informed, comfortable, and cared for from start to finish.

She is dedicated to completing her studies in Marketing Communication and Business. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her spending time at the beach smothered in SPF 😉 , long lunching with friends and family or staying active outside. Lauren has two beautiful (and cheeky!) cats, Leila and chia keeping her on her toes and endlessly entertained.

Sally

Clinic co-ordinator Mosman

Sally has been part of the FACE by Rebecca team for the past three years, greeting clients with warmth and care. She began her journey at the Drummoyne clinic and now welcomes clients to our Mosman location.

She has a real passion for skincare, and believes in the philosophy of enhancing your natural beauty and helping every client feel like the best version of themselves.

Outside the clinic, Sally loves keeping active through the gym and a healthy lifestyle. She never misses a workout. Sally is always glam and super styled, and we love her soft and gracious manner in the clinic.
She’s also a very proud and busy mum of three wonderful children.
